Why these colours and what to look out for when choosing a neutral for a north-facing room…
- Dulux Summer Linen – A slightly muted white, but bright enough to stay white in a low-lit room. This is a great colour to use as a main colour on your walls or as a secondary with panelling or a feature wall.
- Dulux Natural Calico – This neutral is slightly darker than Summer Linen. If you’re thinking of panelling, this colour would be great combined with Summer Linen for a cozy and subtle contrast.
- Dulux Almond White – This is a soft and warm cream. While it has hints of grey, this shade would still work in a low-lit room when paired with light furniture and warm textiles. Think walnut woods, olive green fabrics, turquoise decor and light grey furniture when considering a secondary colour.
- Dulux Jasmine White – A creamy but balanced neutral that doesn’t lean too much into the yellow hues. This bright neutral is perfect for your entire space or as an accent wall colour.
- Dulux Nutmeg White – This neutral has a hint of pink in it. If you’re pairing it with other pinks or reds, it may appear more pink than white. Green works well with this neutral, from sage to olive tones.
- Dulux Morning Light – If you’re looking for a pale neutral with a hint of grey, Morning Light is the shade for you! Pair this with vibrant colours to make it brighter, especially in a low-lit room.
- Dulux Absolute White – Use Absolute White when you want a fresh nd crisp finish to your space. You can use this on your walls to create a blank canvas, or for your trim and doors for a bright contrast in a low-lit room.
